📚Help & FAQ

How does TheOne get the best market price for trading?

To ensure the best possible price in TheOne, our AI Smart Routing analyzes a wide range of liquidity sources for the requested order. It then generates the optimal route, factoring in delivery costs, price impact, and other variables – all strategically balanced to maximize your savings.

What is Savings?

Savings in TheOne represent the difference between the amount a user receives when swapping tokens via TheOne’s AI Smart Routing and what they would have received using the open market (DEXs, CEXs, LPs, etc.).

In other words, it’s the extra value TheOne helps you unlock by finding and executing the most efficient trade path across multiple liquidity sources.

What fees does TheOne charge?

TheOne does not charge trading fees for tokens eligible for AI Smart Routing. Meanwhile, fresh tokens that are traded exclusively on DEXs and considered high-risk may be subject to a fee of up to 1%.

Summarising, TheOne monetizes through a Savings Share of 30% — only when you save, not when you don’t. Savings Share can be reduced through special programs, such as VIP levels.

What is Savings Share?

Savings share is the portion of the saved funds (up to 30%) that TheOne retains as a reward for providing an optimized and efficient routing experience. Savings share can be reduced through special programs, such as VIP levels and Vouchers.

It’s how TheOne monetizes its service – only when you save, not when you don’t.

What is the VIP level?

The more you trade, the less you pay. TheOne's 10-level VIP system offers savings share deductions based on your 30-day trading volume.

As a reward, you get a lower savings share, which increases your profit and savings from trading assets using TheOne. You can find the current deduction rates and terms in the dedicated section of TheOne app.

The Referral program includes three generations of users:

  • Level 1 — your direct friends

  • Level 2 — friends of your friends

  • Level 3 — friends of your friends’ friends

You earn rewards from each generation:

A share of the Savings (RefShare), up to 30% of Savings Share.
